Lety Coss y Leon

I am an accountant with over 30 years of experience in public accounting, audit, CFO services and business consulting. I help businesses improve their productivity by refining their processes, enhancing their technology, and providing financial reports so that they can save time and money in their processes. My accounting experience has enabled me to participate in the initial public offering (IPO) of a company with revenues of 800M and 2,700M in assets, the restructure and sale of a financial institution, as well as work with small to median sized business and non-profits in the Unites States.

I began my career with Deloitte Mexico as an auditor before moving to the US. Today, I work with a variety of organizations and lead my accounting firm. Only 3% of the total CPA population in the U.S. are Hispanics so I am proud to hold my CPA license in Illinois. In addition to have my license in Mexico (LCP) to be able to help clients internationally. I have a passion for helping small business owners to manage and growth their financial well-being.
